All mounting hardware is included and consists of stainless steel screws with two small wall anchors and an aluminum mounting bracket. The low voltage (12 volt) transformer simply plugs into any household outlet. Note: this is only 3 more volts than a 9 volt battery, so you won't even need to hire an electrician. Simply use the included 20 foot long low-voltage wire that only needs a small 3/16" hole in order to run the wire through the wall. Drill this small hole where the sign will be hung and feed the wire into your house or garage. Fill the hole with some silicone caulk to keep insects out and then plug the small 12-volt transformer into any standard 110-volt household outlet. So easy to install. Especially in between your garage doors because you won't have to worry about having to hide the wire.
