Optional locking inserts are also available, to keep your mail safe from thieves while your away from home.
Most mail thieves try to move quickly to steal your delivered mail in order to avoid being caught, but when they open the door of your mailbox to look for your mail, they will instead see this locking insert hidden inside your mailbox. Then they will quickly move on to the next mailbox hoping they are an easier target.

Whether you order our vinyl post or our super-durable aluminum posts, they are both maintenance-free, so you won.t have to re-stain and repaint them as you would if they were wooden posts. And our aluminum posts are easy to repair, which can save you a lot of time and money in the future if damage should occur. Our posts are finished with a finely textured powder coat finish that will deter scuffs and scratches.
"Wood needs to be repainted or re-stained every year and steel posts will soon rust, so buy a maintenance-free vinyl or aluminum post from Janzer that will outlast any other."
