Do we manufacture our products or are we just another Re-Seller?
Over 90 percent of the products we offer are manufactured by us. However, every now and then we find other unique products that meet our high quality standards and also fit into our "Home Front Enhancement" product line, which has been growing steadily since 1986. Rest assured that we provide the same respective warranties for all the products that we offer.
How long will it take to receive our products?
The vast majority of our products ship within 2 to 5 business days from the time they are ordered. Occasionally we may run out of work-in-process stock and it may take up to 2 weeks to replenish our inventory.
Custom products such as our porcelain signs and illumadress illuminated signs take 2-3 weeks.

If your order cannot ship within 5 business days, we will contact you before then to provide you with an estimated ship date.
Will my Custom Address Lettering be on my product when it arrives?
Yes, if you order address lettering or numbers they will be pre-installed prior to leaving our facility for delivery to your Home or Business.
How difficult is it to assemble and install our products?
Receiving customer feedback for over 23 years has enabled us to constantly improve as well as simplify our product assembly. While all of our smaller products are fully assembled here at Janzer, it is not possible nor practical to ship a mailbox and post system in its fully assembled state. However, our post systems are simple to assemble using their included self threading screws and pre-drilled holes.
How do I request professional installation?
After you customize your product, there will be a page summarizing your customization. This page displays the following message allowing you to add professional installation to your order. Note: The price was left off the sample below, but will be shown on your order and may vary depending on your particular location.
Are there any additional or hidden Installation costs?
No, as long as your existing mailbox is a standard in-ground installation and there are no trees, shrubs or any other objects around the post that would impede the installer from being able to simply remove the old mailbox and post system and install our new one. Note: If you have a unique installation or you are simply not sure if a nearby object will hinder removal and installation, then we recommend that you email us a picture of your mailbox so that we can provide you with a quote.
Will we install another manufacturer's product?
No. We offer professional mailbox installation service as a courtesy to our customers only.
If I request professional installation where will the product be shipped?
We usually ship your products to the installer so they will know that all the necessary components have arrived safely without damage. The installer may also pre-assemble the products and should check to make sure the correct parts and hardware are in the cartons. After inspection they will then call you to schedule the installation day.
Is it necessary for
me to be home at the time of installation?
It is not necessary that you be home at the time of installation, but we ask that you provide a phone number where you can be reached in the rare case that the post needs to be relocated due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
If you receive a product from us and you are not satisfied with the quality, simply return it uninstalled within 2 weeks for a full refund less shipping charges. Call us first for a Return Authorization Number(RA#) which you will need to write on the carton next to the shipping address.
Certain custom items such as porcelain address plates and illumadress engraved signs are not refundable, because they are customized with your address and cannot be changed to another address after they are produced. Note: Installation charges are non-refundable and posts that were installed in the ground cannot be returned.
