What Products Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers only Janzer products that belong to our "Lifetime Series Product!" group. All products belonging to this group are displayed on our website with the following "Lifetime Series Product!" image shown here to the right:
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship, any rusting, peeling, or flaking of paint. This warranty also covers any damage to the product(s) regardless of how such damage may occur.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts as long as you own your Janzer "Lifetime Series Product!" This warranty is only for the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
What Will Janzer Do?
Janzer will replace any of our defective or damaged "Lifetime Series Product" part(s) or product(s) at half price. Half price is figured based on the current list price of such product(s) at the time the defect or damage was claimed. If the claimant's particular Lifetime Series Product should be discontinued, then Janzer will offer the choice of any other Lifetime Series Product as a replacement, at half of its current list price. If the claimant does not like our other Lifetime Series Products choices or if all other Lifetime Series Products are discontinued, then we will offer them any of our other non-Lifetime Series Products at half of their respective list prices, with the understanding that such replacement products are covered by their respective warranties and are no longer covered under this "Limited Lifetime Warranty And Half Price Damage Guarantee."
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover any shipping costs, installation costs or labor costs by Janzer or any other company, person(s) or entities, nor any other costs other than supplying replacement parts or product(s) for half of their current list price at the time the claim was reported. This warranty does not
cover replacement batteries or replacement light bulbs.
How Do You Report a Claim?
To report a claim that your Janzer Lifetime Series Product is defective or damaged, you must:
- Send us a clear picture showing specifically the defect or damage.
- Send us a picture of the entire product, making sure your address on your mailbox or mailbox post is clearly readable in the picture.
- Provide the lot number, which is located on a label inside the mailbox or mailbox post.
- Be able to verify that you are in fact the original purchaser of the product(s).
Note: If any of the pictures are inadequate or appear to be tampered with or if the lot number(s) are missing or unreadable, then Janzer at their sole discretion may require that the actual product(s) in question be sent back to Janzer for verification of the claim.

This warranty covers all Janzer products that do not belong to our "Lifetime Series Product!" group.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship, any rusting, peeling or flaking of the paint. This warranty also covers any damage to the product(s) that occur within the first three years of ownership, regardless of how such damage may occur.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts for five years from the date of purchase.
What Will Janzer Do?
- For the first year of ownership, Janzer will repair or replace any defective part(s) or product(s) at no charge.
- For the second to fifth year of ownership, Janzer will repair or replace any defective part(s) or product(s) at half of the their list price at the time of the claim.
- For the first three years of ownership, Janzer will repair or replace any damaged part(s) or product(s) at half of their list price at the time of the claim.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
